First im sorry but my english is not realy good
. I think your Problem is that you have still air in your Clutch System. Its not easy to get all the air out, there are many People who had this problem.
You can try to pull brake fluid in the needle cylinder under the cabin with a syringe. In many cases than all the air was out of the System and it works.
To the Position of the Fork im sorry there i canot help you.
