Reifengröse: weiss nicht.

I think that should be ok. Tractor is located in Heimdal (Trondheim).
Regarding the price, as for export, the Norwegian "merwertsteuer" should be subtracted.
Price would then be NOK 240.000, + mervertsteuer in your country:
It might be possible to negotiate the price. It is located at a tractordealer.
